All items are unique pieces. Each order is carefully packed and shipped with tracked courier service.

COURIERS

International orders are shipped with tracked courier services selected through professional shipping platforms, including DHL, UPS, FedEx or equivalent carriers depending on the destination country.

For high-value items, Vintage Bro may select the safest and most suitable shipping option.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

The shipping cost may vary depending on:

destination country
parcel weight and size
item value
available shipping service

The applicable shipping rate is always the one shown at checkout at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, courier service and possible customs procedures.

International deliveries may take a few business days or longer in case of customs checks, local holidays, courier delays or document requests from local authorities.

Any delay caused by customs or import procedures in the destination country is not under Vintage Bro’s control.

DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, clearance fees, administrative fees or other charges applied by the destination country or courier are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

These charges, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility and may be requested by the courier or local authorities before or upon delivery.

Vintage Bro does not determine these charges and cannot know the exact amount in advance, as they depend on the destination country’s regulations, declared value, product category and local customs procedures.

Before placing an international order, we recommend checking with your local customs authorities for any import costs that may apply.

UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PARCELS

If the customer refuses delivery, does not collect the parcel, does not cooperate with customs procedures or does not pay any duties, taxes or fees requested by the courier or local authorities, any storage, return, customs, handling or reshipping costs may be deducted from any refund, where permitted by applicable law.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For orders shipped outside the European Union, international return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Vintage Bro or otherwise agreed in writing.

Customs duties, local VAT, import taxes, clearance fees and administrative costs are not refundable by Vintage Bro.

VINTAGE AND UNIQUE ITEMS

Vintage Bro sells vintage, second-hand, designer and collectible fashion pieces.

Each item may show natural signs of age or previous use. Any relevant imperfections are described in the product page and/or shown in the photos.

For luxury or high-value items, Vintage Bro may use security tags, anti-tampering seals and internal identification systems to protect the customer and prevent substitutions or fraud.
