RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS — VINTAGE BRO
Right of withdrawal (B2C): You can return an order within 14 days of the delivery date.
1) Return/exchange request
Returns only with prior authorization.
Return authorization required: Before shipping, please contact us by email. We'll send you instructions and a tracking number. Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

2) Conditions for accepting returns
Returns are accepted only if the item is:

intact , unaltered , unwashed , odorless and without signs of use beyond the normal test

with original labels , accessories and equipment (dustbag, card, boxes, etc. if present)

properly packaged for transport
If the item is returned in non-compliant condition, the return may be rejected or a reduction in the refund proportionate to the loss in value may be applied.
3) Security Tag / Tamper-evident Seal (LUXURY ITEMS)
For signed and/or high-value items, we can apply a Security Tag / tamper-evident seal (security labels or seals, identification codes, bands or equivalent systems).
Essential condition: the return is valid only if the Security Tag/seal is returned intact, not removed and not tampered with .
If the Security Tag/seal is removed or tampered with, the return will be refused .
Upon arrival, we perform a correspondence check (details, serial numbers where applicable, components, condition). If we receive a different , non-corresponding , or tampered item, the return will be refused and the item may be returned to the sender (costs to be borne by the customer). In the event of suspected fraud, we may defend our rights through the appropriate channels. Vintage Bro uses internal identification systems (archived photos, codes, identification details) to verify the correspondence of shipped and returned items.
4) Exchange (same price only)
Exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery only with an item of the same price and subject to availability .
The exchange is processed only after the returned item has been received and verified.

6) Shipping costs

Returns due to change of mind: return shipping is at the customer's expense .

In the event of an error on our part or a non-compliant item , we will handle the case and provide you with specific instructions.
7) Refunds
After receiving and verifying the return, if approved:

We will refund the price of the returned item and, only in the case of a return of the entire order, also any standard shipping costs paid at the time of purchase (if applicable).

8) Wrong or damaged item upon delivery
If you receive an incorrect item or one with obvious damage, please contact us within 48 hours at info@vintagebro.it
Follow this very useful procedure to avoid disputes: opening the package: we recommend an unboxing video and clear photos (item + packaging + shipping label).
